Download as PDFThis is the 6th edition of the European Energy Markets Deregulation Observatory (EEMDO) covering the winter 2003-04 period. The aim of the EEMDO, launched in 2001, is to give an update on the main indicators of the energy utility markets as well as to monitor the progress of deregulation in the European countries. For the first time, the report includes a number of accession countries – Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia and Slovakia.
